Ordering

Orders are accepted online, via email or by phone.  Payments are accepted using PayPal or electronic bank transfers.

Shipping

At the present time, we ship within Canada and the continental United States via Canada Post Expedited Post and our rates are based on the value of your order.  If courier delivery is required, additional charges will apply.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, return it within ten (10) days of receipt with the packaging materials provided by PRECIOUS BLOOM BABY BOUTIQUE via Canada Post; we will credit your account with the amount of the purchase less our “shipping charges”.

Privacy

Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information is fundamental to the way we do business. We strive to provide you with the best customer service. To us, that includes treating you fairly and with respect.

  1. Collecting and using information: We will limit the information we collect to what we need for those purposes, and we will use it only for those purposes.
  2. Releasing information: We may provide your information to other persons where we have your consent or where transfers of a business are involved.

Limitation of Liability

PRECIOUS BLOOM BABY BOUTIQUE assumes no liability with respect to the use of our products. For health reasons, all fabric is pre-washed in an unscented detergent and no fabric softener. In addition, NO fire retardency agents have been added to our products at any stage of the manufacturing process.
